2. Products
Lanüa sells natural wool pellets for plants, pots, vegetable gardens and gardens.
The characteristics, formats, prices, stock, images and descriptions of each product are provided on its product page. Images are for reference only and minor variations may occur in packaging, color, texture or presentation.
Product performance may vary depending on plant type, soil, watering, climate, dose applied and conditions of use.
3. Prices
All published prices are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include applicable taxes.
Lanüa may modify prices, promotions, formats and availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.
4. Stock and availability
Product availability is subject to the stock shown in the store.
If a purchased product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, coordinate a new delivery date or process a refund, as applicable.
5. Payments
Payments are made through the payment methods available at checkout.
The purchase will be considered confirmed once payment has been approved by the corresponding system. Lanüa does not directly store bank card data or sensitive payment information.
6. Shipping
Shipping is calculated during the purchase process according to destination, weight, volume and available shipping method.
Delivery times may vary depending on commune, region, logistics operator, contingencies, service availability or high-demand periods.
Lanüa will not be responsible for delays attributable to transport companies, force majeure events, incorrect addresses entered by the customer or absence of a person to receive the order.
7. Special formats and quotes
Some formats, wholesale purchases or large-volume products, such as the 20 kg format, may require a prior price and shipping quote.
The quote will be informed directly to the customer before the purchase is confirmed.
8. Exchanges, returns and withdrawal right
For online purchases, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the timeframes and conditions established by current Chilean law.
To request an exchange, return or withdrawal, write to hola@lanua.cl indicating your name, order number, product purchased and reason for the request.
Returns of opened, used, modified or misused products will not be accepted, unless there is a failure attributable to the product or delivery.
9. Proper product use
The customer is responsible for following the instructions, dosage and recommendations provided by Lanüa.
Lanüa products are intended for use in plants, pots, vegetable gardens, gardens and soils. They must not be ingested or used for purposes other than those indicated.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
10. Intellectual property
All site content, including texts, photographs, logos, brand, designs, images and graphic material, belongs to Lanüa or is used with authorization.
Copying, reproducing, distributing or using site content without prior written authorization is not permitted.
11. Personal data
Customer data will be used to process purchases, coordinate deliveries, answer inquiries and improve the shopping experience.
Lanüa will not sell personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared when necessary to process payments, manage deliveries, provide support or comply with legal obligations.
12. Communications
By making a purchase or sending an inquiry, you authorize Lanüa to contact you by email, phone or messaging regarding your order, delivery, payment or customer service.
13. Modifications
Lanüa may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The current version will always be the one published on this website.
