Preparation and delivery

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the municipality, region, service availability, external contingencies, peak seasons, or coverage restrictions of the logistics provider.

Coverage

We ship via Blue Express to areas with available coverage. For areas without coverage or special cases, we will contact you to coordinate a suitable alternative or manage a solution as needed.

Lanüa Pro and wholesale orders

Professional formats, 20 kg bags, maxi-sacks, wholesale purchases and Lanüa Pro orders are quoted on a case-by-case basis according to destination, volume and shipping conditions.
