2. Products
Lanüa sells natural wool pellets for plants, flowerpots, vegetable gardens and gardens.
The features, formats, prices, stock, images, and descriptions of each product are provided on its respective product page. Images are for reference only, and minor variations in packaging, color, texture, or presentation may occur.
Product performance may vary depending on plant type, soil, irrigation, climate, applied dose, and usage conditions.
3. Prices
All published prices are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include applicable taxes.
Lanüa may modify prices, promotions, formats, and availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.
4. Stock and availability
Product availability is subject to the stock reported in the store.
If a purchased product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, coordinate a new shipping date, or process a refund, as appropriate.
5. Payments
Payments are made through the means available at the store checkout.
The purchase will be considered confirmed once payment is approved by the corresponding system. Lanüa does not directly store bank card details or sensitive payment information.
6. Shipping
For products available in the online store, the published prices include home delivery throughout Chile, subject to the logistics provider's coverage area. Special formats, wholesale orders, and Lanüa Pro quotes may have specific delivery conditions depending on the destination, volume, and availability.Delivery times may vary depending on the municipality, region, logistics operator, contingencies, service availability, or high demand seasons.
Lanüa will not be responsible for delays attributable to transport companies, force majeure events, incorrect addresses entered by the customer or absence of the person receiving the order.
7. Special formats and quotations
Some formats, wholesale purchases or high-volume products, such as the 20 kg format, may require prior price and shipping quote.
The quote will be provided directly to the customer before confirming the purchase.
8. Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal
For purchases made online, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the terms and conditions established by current Chilean legislation.
To request an exchange, return or cancellation, you must write to hola@lanua.cl indicating your name, order number, product purchased and reason for the request.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged by misuse, unless there is a fault attributable to the product or the shipment.
9. Proper use of the product
The customer is responsible for following the instructions for use, dosage and recommendations provided by Lanüa.
Lanüa products are intended for use on plants, in flowerpots, vegetable gardens, flower gardens, and soil. They should not be ingested or used for purposes other than those indicated.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, branding, designs, images and graphic material, belongs to Lanüa or is authorized for use.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute or use content from the site without prior written authorization.
11. Personal data
The data provided by customers will be used to process purchases, coordinate shipments, answer inquiries, and improve the shopping experience.
Lanüa will not sell personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared when necessary to process payments, manage shipments, provide support, or comply with legal obligations.
